Don't ever go to this store. I've never had such bad service. And in my own neighborhood. The store manager was not only disrespectful. first lied to me when I asked if I could get the sim card and set up the service myself and said no, After asking for me to unlock my phone, he proceeds to look through my phone for the settings. I value my privacy and upon informing him that I would prefer he told me he needed to see so I could bring it up myself, he then lashed out at me worst experience

The guy in the store was very helpful and helped me get a good new phone at a price that was within my budget. The problem is he was not practicing social distancing at all. He kept pulling his mask down, and there were no barriers in between us at the table to help with social distancing. After I noted my concern he was very flippant about the whole pandemic.

The regular guy wasn't there when I visited but the "fill in" guy worked hard to take care of the customers. We bought two phones that had to be reconfigured and the options explained. He was the only one working and we were there for about 2 hours. My advice is to go in early!

My wife, and I were in the Brigham City, Utah AT&T store , we had to purchase a new phone, we were waited on by a great store tech. his name was, Andrew Truesdell, I needed some help understanding the purchase of a new phone, well he save us over a hundred dollars or more than what we thought we were going to have to pay. We were very impressed with his knowledge. And helped us understand everything we needed to know about the new phone. Thank you Andrew
