I experience great service and in a timely manner. The guys here are kind and helped me understand the issue and what my choices were! I’d highly recommend using their services
They were quick to get my vehicle in and repaired considering it was a weekend and they were busy. The labor rate is definitely reasonable but the 55 percent markup on the part seemed high, especially since it was an already expensive part. They charged me 540 for an aftermarket fuel pump that retails for 300 using the part number they provided. The dealer charges 512 for a new oem pump.
Love this place. BUT there are zero COVID precautions at all taken. None of the employees had a mask on. The pens did not get cleaned. Nobody cleaned the vehicle off, absolutely nothing. Also only two of the ten customers I saw were wearing masks. Not ok! Go look at discount tire and follow their example.
I have always bought my tires from Big O and they have always shot me straight. They fix my flats for free and are super helpful. They got a loyal customer out of me.
