I absolutely love to shop the Brigham City Dollar Tree for 3 reasons. Annette, Emily and Lauren. These ladies make my shopping experience great every time. They are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to help me in anyway they can. I couldn't imagine a better team of store associates. They work hard and truly take pride in their store.

I guess I have to remember you get what you pay for. I always go here to see if I can find something for a dollar that I would pay more for in a other places. It's pretty good for greeting cards and other small things. My pet peeve though is that they never have more than one checker no matter how many people are waiting in line. The other day I was there and there was at least eight people in line with more getting in line. The cashier called for backup and no one came. You could see two of that workers outside taking their break vaping. I have no objection for workers being able to take a break but they need to have some kind of backup plan. The manager was in her office and I went and asked her if she could come and help and I was informed that she was too busy. They do not have very good customer relations. but like I said I guess you get what you pay for.

The bad part is I went in there just to grab a couple of things and then spent 60. However I'm not complaining. The gal at checkout was very friendly, and great to brighten the mood.

This store has a wonderful variety of inexpensive items, and they're stock is often changing. Good service. Everything costs a dollar!

2 stars for the indifferent "service" and poorly stocked shelves. Completely ignored me while they gossiped. Do your job. 1 star would've been if they had of been as rude to me as they were to the teens in front of me who were treated to an old lady cussing and lecturing them because days ago some other kids upset her? 0 stars would've been if they had of injured and stolen from me.

Empty shelf space. I spend 50.00 a week at the dollar store. I feel like I need to shop at more than 1 location in order to complete my list. Hire people to keep ur shelves fully stocked.
