Waited in line for over 15 minutes just to ship two prepaid and labeled packages. The only worker in the store was helpful enough however there was a line of customers waiting just as long if not longer than me for service. Management should consider hiring another worker for Saturday's as that's when I'd assume most people try to ship packages.
The delivery driver who delivered our package was extremely rude.
I tried this option today because the post office closed early today (Saturday). The second I entered I was greeted by a smiling employee! I forgot her name but I do know she is the manager. She was amazingly thought and kind. She gained another regular today as I'm not at all use to this type of service from the post office! Thank you!!
If there were more stars than five, I would certainly add them because the Brigham City UPS store is first class and premiere in service, courtesy and friendliness. Employee Aubree Merkley especially treats her job more like a calling. Since the UPS store is my go-to place for a number of things, I have had a lot of interaction with Aubree and she never fails to deliver exactly what I need and most the of time goes beyond. I have also watched her in this busy UPS store multi-task with imperturbability and efficiency. Love this store and can't live without it!
I was greeted right away by a plight young man named Gavin who answered my questions and helped me get a package returned. It made my day.
This stoer refuses to ship a return forearm to the manufacturer even though UPS corporate policy is to do so with specific (and reasonable) requirements. This store also informed me they would not ship to my son serving overseas (Navy) because they refused to ship to an FPO address (military, and typical for overseas deployment). So, why sould I do business here when 200 feet down the street is a FedEx that is happy to do both; no problem what-so-ever. This customer is gone, gone, gone.
My first experience was great. The online quotes where spot on. However today i got online quotes to ship three packages and drove 30 minutes to this store. First package was rang up almost 20 more than the quote. Was told that that's corporates pricing not theirs. This store has lost a customer and the many packages that I ship out each month.
