This is from one of there nurse's saying these terrible things about a child that's not a patient and has no knowledge of this child wonder how they treat patients behind closed doors and no one around to see

My mom showed up at 7pm after having surgery for a full hip replacement (having fallen and broken it). It appears night shift forgot to tell day shift my mom was there? She hit the call button for help to the bathroom, ended up having to take herself there (4 days after her surgery) because no one ever came. That first morning, my diabetic mother had to ask for her breakfast. It'd be hard for me to be more unimpressed. At least she hasn't had a medical emergency while there, she'd probably die before they went to see what she needed.
I have worked at Willow Glen for 10 years. I recently returned as the Recreational Therapist. December is always a tough month for staff and residents. This year our staff went above and beyond by scheduling extra activities for the residents and families! From a Holiday Tea Party to helping each resident decorate their own Christmas stocking. We also have an Angel Tree every year to help provide a meaningful gift to a resident. This year blew me away, the amount of donations was AMAZING! No one grows up and says “I want to live in a Nursing/Rehab home, but sometimes families don’t have any other options for there loved one to receive the care they need, and the holidays are tough. So THANK YOU to our awesome caring staff, and THANK YOU to are amazing community members who donated their time and talents and gifts for are residents.
The staff is caring, takes care of all your needs. The meals are excellent I would recommend to anyone I know. Thank you staff.
My grandmother was there for 8 days before they bathed her she had to get on a waiting list to get a bath and they told me that they won't clean the room tell she leaves the room is so gross and it was gross when we got there they do not care for the people that are there. Last night my grandmother fell and she laid on the floor for over a hour and yelled and screamed before someone came in
No personal bathing, and you may not have a private room, aids do the best they can you will have too be very patient.
My mother in law was there for rehabilitation and physical therapy. Thursday night was first night, went to see her monday and they hadn't showered her. They forgot to feed her lunch and while I was there came in to do her intake. I was dumbfounded by the neglect she received. Moved her out monday night
If you love someone please don’t send them here. This place is awful...coming from someone who went and worked there once and never went back. (Agency work) they don’t care about there cnas AT ALL. And there own cnas treat agency workers like garbage! I tried to talk to the director of nursing about nurses ignoring me and cnas yelling at me and she told me “calm down. Like seriously just calm down” I left crying from this place.
