I sent my husbands suit in for cleaning and it was returned with a pair of random ladies trousers and apparently that can’t possibly be their fault as their ‘unique numbering’ system is infallible! So I’m now a suit down and about 200 worse off as they are refusing to progress an insurance claim. The manager is quite the rudest man I can remember speaking to. Just awful.
Been using this Dry Cleaners for years - very happy with the unfailingly good and punctual service received.
Had a pair of curtains altered then dry cleaned Very pleased with the result .I would definitely recommend Brighouse dry cleaners,the staff I dealt with were very accommodating. Thankyou
