What fantastic service...I ordered some fascia boards online at 12.30 got a phone call 10 minutes later asking if I was at home and they were delivered at 1.45

Very very poor customer service and 20% restocking charge when u return any item. I was told on phone the will be no charges for returning goods but after unloading goods the try to charge us 20% restocking charge. Completely ripped off staff behaviour is threatening and very unprofessional
