The staff here are always pleasant and efficient. It does seem to constantly be busy on the drive thru and it can be quite a wait to order and collect food. However the order is normally right and the food is nice.

Better than the Huddersfield branch but the grand big Mac was very dry had to add some salsa to it and for some reason our meal was given to me in a bag even though we were eating in
Good quickish service, food hot and order was right, just looses a star because of having to go around building twice to get to drive thru order point. They do have someone keeping the access clear though too which is good, as too many ignorant drivers otherwise. Under normal circumstances outside of Coronavirus, it has an accessible entrance and parking, a disabled toilet and seats inside. There is a small flat wall to sit on outside front for snacking and it's about ½mile from the Park and Fjord at Brighouse, where we go at the moment to eat out.
Staff are doing a great job of managing traffic flow during busy times. They are staying friendly and even if the queue is long, it doesn't seem to take ages to be served. Food still great. Wrapped with a smile, thank you
