The food is very good indeed, in fact some of the best Italian food I’ve had in some time. The staff are very attentive but they just need to smile a bit more and engage with the customer, look like your enjoying guys it makes a real difference. I was extremely disappointed to see 15% gratuity added to the bill, we don’t do that up north guys that’s what they do in London. If you’ve smiled and engaged with me I’ll add a tip.

Due to Covid-19 all restaurants having to close, Prego has taken to takeaway meals which is a great idea. Even though the staff were ran off their feet and working hard on a busy Mother’s Day, the service and the food was still amazing. I look forward to when they’re allowed to reopen so I can come back and sit in! Great work.

Top class service and food. We arrived on time and were shown to the little bar area where we had a pre meal drink. All the food was very very good and we sat there until almost everybody had gone and nobody tried to usher us out. A lovely evening definitely to be repeated.

Great service, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Friendly attentive staff. Good food quickly prepared and served but not rushed. Very good value. Really enjoyed the experience which was a combined birthday and anniversary treat- although we didn't tell the staff that until the end!

Nice clean restaurant/hotel in the centre of Brighouse on the bank of the Leeds/Liverpool canal. We went for 'early doors' and had 2 courses for 14 approx. Food was largely Italian but was good quality, plentiful and hot. Staff were friendly and efficient.

I ordered the grilled sea bass on Sunday 26th of January. I let my mum and dad try some as well. Since then we have all had food poisoning. When we called up to tell the restaurant they said they would have a word with their supplier and took no blame for this. Will not be going again

Excellent service. They have "Prego play". Kids entertained whilst you eat. Brill! Food well priced and extremely tasty. Whole experience 9/10. Well done. Bellissimo
