Two lady’s serving were very friendly & helpful, always polite and go out of their way to find items for you, unlike screwfix. Had everything I needed at a great price. Would definitely recommend.

Went in the other day. Great staff having a laugh and chatting to me and my friend. Helpful, got us what we needed. Lady sorted out what I needed, she told me her name but I can't remember it, I know she said she was the manager, the guy served my mate. They were both great. Happy and polite. Ace service.

Did a Click and collect today Got a message within 5 minutes to say ready to collect. Visited store to pick up my items. 2 ladies in there were polite and helpful. Greeted me as I walked in. Asked for my name and order number then passed me the items. Store was clean and tidy. Screens in place and ladies were wearing masks and gloves, felt very safe in the store during these horrible times. Said thank-you and goodbye as I was leaving. I am sure they were also smiling under their masks . Would recommend this store. So much nicer than the company next door. Thanks.

Went in today. Had to wait as customers already at tills. Was acknowledged asked if it was click and collect or if I wanted to place an order. I needed to place an order, asked me if I had product codes or said catalogue was to the side and was told they would not keep.me waiting long. I was very happy to wait due to how polite they were as my fault for not ordering online. Waited a couple of minutes and then was asked to go to till, she apologised for keeping me waiting. Lady was very helpful and got me what I needed. Very happy. They obviously pride themselves on great customer service.. One very happy customer
