I’d like to start by thanking the wonderful teachers of Palaroos Child development center. Some of the teachers remained during the transition from Palaroos to Bright horizons and They did a great job with making sure my children were taken care of during that time. Please send our love to the teachers. I have decided to disenroll my children from Bright horizons daycare. The reason being is because Bright horizons tuition rate is extremely expensive for parents such as myself. I understand that these rates were already set in place prior to the transition however when bright horizons sought after Palaroos it was never in the best interest of the families at Palaroos. Bright horizons needed a location and that’s what they received They could’ve cared less about families like myself who work to take care of their children and would like a decent affordable place to send their kids to. Their act was nothing less than selfish and inconsiderate to a few of the families at Palaroos. Of all the day cares located in the area they are the most expensive with the lowest approval ratings on Google by parents who have done business with them. I have notified my caseworker that I am discontinuing care from Bright horizons. It hurts my heart to have to pull the children away from teachers who they have known for over two years because of this act of Selfishness.

My son has been attending school here for 9 months and we absolutely love it. We toured every daycare in the area before coming here because it was a bit far from our house but as soon as we saw this school it was clear to me that our search was over. This is not a daycare, it is very much a prestigious school that sets their children up for success. Everything is a level above the rest, the administrators, teachers, outdoor space for each age group, even the food prepared for the children is amazing. I would give this school 10 stars if it was possible!!!!! You have to see it to believe how different it is and you will want your child to have the opportunity to learn here

Had our son attend this daycare from 7 months to preK so for about 5 years and at 1200-1300 it’s very pricey for the level of service they provide. Some teachers who are good like Mr Zach are let go without any notice to parents while others like and Amanda there is long farewell tour. Some of the teachers here are very unprofessional in their attire and their rude attitude left a lot to be desired considering the parents pay top for a 5 star learning. We had great experience with Ms Crystal in preschool who are the rare bright spots but otherwise the communication and attention to details left a lot to be desired. My main issue is they need to have higher standards for hiring their teachers.

Both of my kids have attended "Bright Horizons" for years. A total of 9 years (collectively) between the two of them. IBM Drive Bright Horizons, definitely not my favorite. I've had many disappointing conversations with administration. If it wasn't for my wife, I would have removed them long ago. There is enough turnover between teachers and administration that it makes you wonder what is going on behind the scenes. The price hikes year over year is absurd. They add extra holidays and don't think parents will notice. I'm paying the same amount for my 4 yr old, that I was paying when he was a 1 year old. Can someone explain to me why I have to pay registration every year? They didn't leave the school. Prices are supposed to go down as they get older. We finally agreed to start looking at other daycare providers after this last price hike. Hopefully they will be better.
