We recently started our 2 girls here, one in preschool and one in the infant room (previously at a different BH before Covid). So far we are so happy. The director, Rachel, is amazing. She is responsive, respectful and always present. All of the teachers and staff care so much about the children and have such a positive attitude. We also like that they are taking safety very seriously during Covid and that the screenings everyday are thorough. Our 3 y/o is learning so much since going back to preschool after being out for almost a year and we are so happy that she is able to be around her peers in a safe environment during the pandemic. Another thing we love about BH is how they give us feedback about our kids. At other daycares/preschools it always felt like our child wasn’t hitting certain milestones or doing what they expected her to be doing only to then hear from her doctor and other specialists that everything was on track and fine. At BH they don’t compare my child to how some other child is doing because children hit milestones at different times. I really love the positivity at BH and I know that if there was something wrong then I could trust their judgment and recommendations. I highly recommend the Kirkland center. The smiles on our girls faces when we pick them up and the excitement our 3 y/o has to go each morning makes our decision to send them here totally worth every penny.

I cannot say enough about how much we love and admire BH Kirkland. Our son, who is now in 2nd grade, started in the infant room and “graduated” 4 years later out of the preschool program. Our hope was that BH would help him leapfrog into Kindergarten carrying with him a bunch of skills needed for Elementary School. We were not disappointed. Each step in his growth at BH was impressive and simply put, awesome. Our daughter, who is now 4, started in the infant room too. Her care and education was as impressive, if not more impressive than the care our son received. Our daughter, who has Down Syndrome, excelled with each of her teachers. We are hugely impressed with the effort her teachers, other teachers, and the administrative staff went to in their efforts to treat her like everyone else, and to continually focus on her abilities instead of her disabilities. We are and have been teaching our daughter sign language. BH dove in head first partnering with us in this learning. Many of her teachers began learning sign language and even posted pictures of different signs around her classroom to help them and other students learn signs. There is an inclusion sign on the front door at BH. I can say that BH truly believes in inclusion. They’ve proven that to us everyday when we walk in the door. Our family has a great amount of love and respect for everyone at BH. Lastly, I have been a teacher for the past 20 years, and my wife is a former teacher. We’ve looked at BH through that lens in all of our time there. This is a very special place run by very special people!

Bright Horizons is a great place! My son wants to run into his classroom every morning. They clearly give full scope to the imagination of their students--he comes home with the most interesting art projects involving interesting materials, like tape, spoons, and cups.

I love the place only because of how they took care of my toddler.

We used Bright Horizons Kirkland for back-up care for our 8 month old. I was honestly skeptical of a chain, but Miss Olga (the teacher who is there when I'd pick up) was so nice and I could tell my buddy was super happy whenever I picked him up. Great environment!
