My daughter started at Bright Horizons at Southside Works when she was 1 year, 4 months old - going part time (2 days/week). It was her first daycare experience and this center did a wonderful job of easing her (as well as me) into the new routine. Sam, the center director, is very warm, never stressed and responsive. Miss Ashley, Miss Megan and Miss Vanessa (her teachers) are very supportive and professional. Pluses - lunch and snack provided, app for updates during each day along with pictures, paper journal, ability for additional days (with availability), free parking in garage for pick up/drop off.
