We have been thrilled with the care our children have received at Bright Horizons at Wayland. We have had both of our children at the center from infancy through preschool, and every step of the way we have felt supported and informed. I love how transparent and communicative the staff and administrators are, and how supportive they are of each of our children's different needs. As we navigate childcare during the COVID-19 pandemic, I have been so impressed with the precautions the center is taking to keep everyone healthy, while continuing to offer a loving and warm environment. Not only do they provide a safe and nurturing environment, but I love the weekly curriculum to promote appropriate development for their ages. They say it takes a village to raise a child, and now more than ever, I am so grateful that Bright Horizons at Wayland is my village.

We elected to change daycares in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and have been thrilled with our choice. From the very beginning, the BHW team has made us feel comfortable and informed as they have gone out of their way to smooth the transition. They provided video tours, set up time for our son to meet his teachers outside, and to see his soon-to-be friends on the playground. The teachers do a wonderful job of communicating daily lessons, ups-and-downs, and how they're working with our child even as we can't enter the classroom to speak with them every day. Further, the center's COVID-19 precautions have made us feel incredibly safe - our son hasn't even had the sniffles this year!! We cannot recommend BHW enough and are excited to send our newborn there this spring.

As parents of two without nearby immediate family to help, Bright Horizons of Wayland has served as the basis of our childcare for last five years. The compassion and love my children receive from the caregivers at this particular facility is above and beyond any expectations I ever had for a daycare provider. The staff has been advisory to myself as a new mom, communicative regarding my children's needs and stages, flexible and adaptable to our needs, and above all - welcoming, kind and fun. We truly consider them as members of our lives and critical people in the development of our children as they begin the process of discovering who they are. We feel so fortunate in these days and times to have had the grace of luck to find such an incredible place for our kids to grow, learn and smile. We truly found an extended family.

We have been at Bright Horizons Wayland for almost 3 years. Both my girls started in the infant class at the end of my leave. My oldest is now in preschool and my youngest is getting ready to transfer to the toddler class. We have loved all our teachers and administrators. They really are our extended family and they take care of not only our girls but my husband and I as well. Our daughters are as comfortable there as they are at home with us. I cannot recommend Bright Horizons Wayland highly enough to other parents looking for childcare options. It’s the best feeling to drop my kids off in the morning and have zero worries that they are safe, loved, and having a great time!
