I didn’t have the best experience with the facility all around. His infant teacher was cold and never really made us feel like they were remotely happy to see our son. Pick ups were dry and lacked any sort of daily update. We had comments such as “I see you don’t do it at home because I’ve been undoing it all week” We loved our year one teacher. She was awesome. A rare gem of a teacher in the facility. But that year we had a number of other kids behaving awful where I felt the facility all around feel short on managing and maintaining. Their prices are insane with an annual spike with no warning before hand. I’m just not impressed. They check the boxes on a typical to do list for having activities planned and organic food, but as far as that human element it’s definitely not worth your dollar.

Our child absolutely loves Bright Horizons, and the results of his experience there are visible on a daily basis. The teachers are excellent, and the curriculum is well developed. Each day, we receive a report of our child's activities and progress, including pictures. Bright Horizons is a caring, nurturing, environment that mixes a well thought-out lesson plan with structured, interactive play. Our child is well socialized, exposed to new things each day, and genuinely happy to spend his mornings at Bright Horizons. We could be more pleased with this program

Our 4 year old is in Pre K at Bright Horizons Chandler. We are so lucky to have found this school and to be in Mr. J.Js classroom. Prior to coming to this school our challenge was getting our child to hold his pencil properly and enjoy sitting down to draw or scrabble something on paper. After only a couple of months at Bright Horizons Chandler, our child was already writing his name and comes home with the most creative drawings and pictures for which he always have a story behind. This school makes learning fun for kids: education happens every moment whether at circle time with the teacher or in different activity centers that each child chooses to be part of, or the many outside play opportunities in their gorgeous playground. Socialization is encouraged and well guided by all their excellent teachers. I am 100% positive that this school and teacher will be one of the most impactful things that will shape the future of our young boy.

The teachers have been so caring and nurturing to our child who started here in the infant room. Our child has special dietary needs and they have been wonderful about working with us. We can't believe how much our child is learning at school. We also love the app that gives updates throughout the day and sends us pictures.

Consumer beware. They are simply a money making machine with zero regards for the quality of your child's well being. They will nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. Numerous incidents demonstrating that which would take an essay to write. Look elsewhere. Good luck
