Had furnace and air conditioning unit installed In July, that team of guys were fantastic and fast! Considering the heat we actually had in July.... had to make a call recently that was quickly and effectively done by Alex tech#400, he was great and resolved my issue! Then had a maintenance service done today (already scheduled).. that was done by Matt tech #482, also great! Both were professional, friendly, did their jobs quickly and I’m pretty darn happy! Thanks

Recently moved to the area. Our furnace went out & didn’t know who to call. Received an outstanding referral for AAA. They did not let us down. 110% satisfaction!! Subsequently hired to repair our Viking oven. Prompt appointment, quick repair, friendly, professional & knowledgeable staff. Outstanding customer service. Positive experience from first contact. Phone is answered “....... how can we make you smile?” AAA has our business! We wouldn’t consider hiring another company. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!!! ️️️️️
These people came out 2 years ago to repair our heat. We were so grateful, although the repair was extremely expensive and we had no heat during the coldest part of the winter. We HAD to pay whatever it took to have heat. Fast forward to this winter and we were without heat again. They came out and told us that the EXACT SAME parts needed to be replaced. I asked if there was a warranty and they said yeah, for one year. Go figure. So the guy gives me a quote for almost 2 grand to get our heat working again. We’re in the middle of a pandemic, my husband was out of work for a while, so I’m of course in tears because we NEED heat, but we can’t afford that! I call my husband at work to tell him the awful news and he has a friend of his come out from another company. Within minutes this guy was able to tell us that ALL WE NEED IS A NEW IGNITER. The part cost us 115 and my husband was able to install it and we had heat within days. AAA told me that they would have had to special order the parts and it would be about 2 weeks. AAA will NEVER get our business again. How can you take advantage of families with the state of the world right now? UNETHICAL. Either A) they’re hiring idiots who can’t diagnose a problem as simple as an igniter, or B) they’re intentionally scamming people! Either way, not a company I would trust with anything! Now watch this company pay for their 5 star reviews in order to bury this one, because that’s the only way they can trick more unsuspecting families into throwing their hard earned money out the window. OH! And I had to PAY them to come out and LIE TO ME to top it off!!
Outstanding experience with AAA Service Network! Our fresh food evaporator fan went out on the refrigerator (no!). AAA came out the SAME day, replaced the fan and had us back in operation in half an hour. While the 285 total cost seemed a little steep for replacing a 79.28 fan motor (roughly 400 per hour for labor based on the 30 minutes of work), it was FAR better than the alternative (a new refrigerator like this one is well over 3,600 - plus the hassle of delivery, haul away, etc), but this fridge is in really great shape). Thank you so much, AAA Service Network! Highly recommended!
We found that our hot water heater was not working when we returned from vacation on a Sunday evening. We made several calls and only one company had a live human answering the phone that was AAA. He asked several important questions and said that a service tech would be in touch shortly...within 15 minutes the service tech called at was at our home within an hour. Tim Rusk was our tech he was very knowledgeable, professional and had our hot tank up and running within an hour we just can’t say enough good things about Tim and AAA. Thank you!
