Andre is a genius as well as a very kind man. He took on some custom work for me and made my dream come true! What he made was better than I ever imagined. I will never go to another jeweler. Everything in his store is beautiful and his staff is very nice! If I could give him 10 stars, I would!!

I brought an earrings and necklace set to Andre's to have the precious stones reset into a more modern design. He made me a beautiful necklace out of them. I paid for most of it with old gold jewelry that I never wore any more, they gave me a better price than I was offered elsewhere. He made sure I had exactly what I wanted and made changes throughout the design process no matter what I asked for. He also explained things clearly when teaching me about parts of the ring and which prongs work best for what, etc. He also worked with my budget. I couldn't be happier I went to Andre's.

Was an okay experience to sell. What I appreciate is that everything is done in front of you-the weighing, testing and pricing. What I could have done without was the annoyed sigh I got from whom I’m guessing is Andre when I said I wanted a quote first before I made my decision to sell. He threw his arms up and stated they paid the most so that wasn’t an issue. I didn’t say it was. I’m capable of researching and I did before my visit. I asked for a quote so I could make a decision for myself about it being worth it TO Me to sell. It had nothing to do with another jeweler or price shopping. Let me remind you-I am the customer and I am going to require certain information before I make final decision. Kindly take a moment to understand people first before you just start speaking. I went ahead with having him test, since he was not going to do that unless I was absolutely selling. Don’t feel I got the friendliest experience as others have described, but it was quick and fair.
