Don't bother with this place. I've called several times attempting to get a prescription filled, waited on hold for 30 minutes only to be transferred to a voicemail - on three separate occasions. No call backs, multiple tries, multiple days. Employees need to work on call center etiquette - consider doing \warm transfers\ and instructing the employees to ask the caller if they can be placed on hold, or at least offering an explanation. When I called today, I received a heavy sigh after politely explaining this was my third time calling and asking for help. I was transferred without explanation to voicemail.

I called and spoke with \Piper.\ I'm a new customer to Binson's and Covid turned everything upside down. I didn't know what I needed to do. She looked at my account, let me know what I information I needed to send, and she placed my order - for delivery! I don't even need to drive up there. Knowing that I don't have to take time off work to get into the store - that's a great service. Piper had a great attitude and was very thorough. I'll ask to speak with her next time I call.

If you are reading the past negative reviews, DON'T, Mitchels is GONE (thank goodness) and the replacement Binson's Medical is AWESOME! Their respiratory technician Rachel M is an angel! She is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, she makes sure you understand everything before you leave! I feel as though I am walking into a friendly caring place when I get there. I highly recommend this place!

If you haven't been here since Mitchell Home Medical left, you are missing out! The staff here are great. They are real,h and helpful. Google needs to get rid of all of the old reviews.

First bipap machine... Decided to give Binsons a try, and I am glad I did. Chelsea made it a good experence working fast and efficiently in coordinating Doctors orders, insurance requirements and my travel schedule. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for opening a Brighton store. Just one small complaint.. Every time you call you need to call through Binson's main office... no direct line to Brighton store, even if you call the Brighton number.
