Popped in on business, it is a fine old building.
The council is more interested in feeding its fat cats than investing in vital services for its residents! Over the last several years, the streets have become more dirty, the amount of rough sleepers has increased exponentially, no investment in infrastructure, etc.. I can go on for a long time (believe me) but will spare you the gory details. But guess what? Council tax increases every year and huge amounts of money taken from parking with nothing to show for it except for the council's fat cats taking obscene salaries (Google it to see just how much--you will be shocked) ! Disappointed long time resident.
Have just contacted the Building Control department and what a pleasant surprise! I was helped by the most friendly guy who explained everything clearly and my problem was solved within minutes. Well done B&H Council!
