Exemplary service. I have used this company to manage my short term rental properties and I have seen them in action on a number of occasions. They are always prompt to respond. Whilst staying at a Consec managed property in Brighton. I had a a security officer attend to provide a briefing. The officer on arrival was not clear in who he was, I asked for his identification and SIA number which he initially refused to do so. The officer stated he was not obliged to do so and that he would not give his name. I explained he was in breach of his licence by failing to do so. The officer was impolite and consistently sought to justify why he would not give his name, show his ID card or his SIA number. Interestingly the officer was wearing his badge the wrong way round so that you could not see his photo ID he stated this was allowed. This was the reason I asked him to identify himself when he first knocked at the door in a bomber jacket..
