I only rate this 3 stars out of 5 because each time I come here, I only come for sushi and that is about it. Everything else doesn't look appealing to me. Example is the ice cream station located on left side near the customer tables. It is completely brutal to look at. However what can they do about it? Nothing since it is self-serve. I came here during Mother's Day because my family love buffet and most of my family was craving sushi. It was so busy that the kitchen staff wasn't able to keep up with their customers. We basically were fighting for food here. It was war.

I am no sushi expert but I throughly enjoyed my meal at Maki Maki. Very interesting buffet style made it easy to pick and choose what looked good. Wide variety of sushi as well as some Chinese dishes. On a side note, they were perfectly fine with use bringing in our own birthday cake for our party we had there.

30.95 for Lunch on a Holiday???? Really???!!! I am not coming to the restaurant to get a Valentine's Day gift, I am coming to eat lunch. If you are an upscale restaurant I would not mind paying this money, but for the buffet service I am going to get I think you are WAY overpriced!!!

The food is fine given that it's a buffet and given the reasonable prices. There's also a lot of space, and the restaurant was eerily empty when we went (is that a bad thing? depends on your theories about buffets!). No beer or liquor license yet.

The 2 out of 3 rating on food is given to the variety. There's a lot to choose from, sushi, sashimi, salad, soup, lot dishes, fruit, dessert, and they even have a big chocolate fountain. You have to know what is good there though, go with an asian friend is all you need. The dining environment is good, waitresses are all really nice. Overall, you are definitely getting what your money's worth.

Japanese buffet. Pretty tasty, no lines to get food. They don't sell any alcoholic beverages.

Used to be good. Returned there one year after last visit but was very disappointed. Rice used in the sushi and maki were cold and dry.

Overall very good! Taste is authentic, not fusion or confusion.
