Had the pleasure of purchasing a near new Holden Arcadia from Brighten Mitsubishi. I spent significant time researching models etc making sure I found the right one in the best possible condition. After I contacted Dean from Brighton Mitsubishi, he assured me they had the largest allocation of Acadia’s and I would find a car that suits. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised just how many cars were available for sale, particularly when there were at least six Arcadia’s for sale . I was fortunate enough to find a low km plumb example , almost as new condition. Had the car now for 24hrs & I can say I absolutely love it. Ticks all boxes , just what in wanted. Dean was very friendly & most importantly, helpful. He’s also got a great sense of humour , loves a chat. Also, his open & no nonsense approach is refreshing . He looked after me with the price & also provided me with some new floor mats . The vehicle on pick up had been cleaned both inside and out & looked like it just came off the factory floor. There was a couple of marks in the boot , which Dean promised to fix, which he did. All up, an unexpected very pleasant car buying experience .

We recently bought a brand new ASX from Brighton Mitsubishi in which we decided to have a few extras added during our purchase, Our experience with the service department was exceptional! Today my husband and I drove down to pick up our cargo insert as it was on back order, on arrival John from the service department ensured he found the new part and helped to make sure it was the right fit and took away the excess plastic wrap. John also took my husband through what the first service entailed end to end with no question made to feel like a silly question. Please pass on our appreciation for the professionalism shown by John and genuine conversation he had. We will look forward to seeing John on our first service soon he is an asset to your team

I purchased a used car from Dene. He was very easy to deal with and everything was done in a thorough and honest (as far as I could tell) manner. The car was spotless, full tank of fuel and runs perfectly so far. The process was a touch laborious although it seemed that Dene was under the pump. Strange when there seemed to be a group of other salesmen hanging around talking, dropping the odd F bomb, which detracted from what appeared to be a professional organisation. Soliciting Google reviews is also quite tacky. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate in giving them my business again.

Good customer service, was quite happy with the customer sales representative Khalem Spiteri. He was quite, professional, caring and patient and wasn't like typical car sales guys. Kept us up to date regarding our new car. Unfortunately there were some car accessories, which couldn't come in because of covid. It will be fixed by their dealership on a later date but apart from that we were happy and because of that we are looking forward to bringing our car for servicing even though we have a nearby Mitsubishi dealership. Please look for Khalem at Mitsubishi Brighton branch.

Dene was sensational, straight up guy, little or no BS, very happy with the purchase of our new (to us) car. We were treated very well and the whole process was very smooth and easy. Dene gives old fashioned and most welcome service, plus he made sure we got a full tank of fuel (personally went and got it despite an injury which makes him limp quite badly!).
