I love Pollywogs! I grew up on Lakeshore Rd and the store on the other side has been gone a looooong time. I would have loved to have been able to grab ice cream way back when. Pollywogs has brightend up the corner to presquile! It is in the perfect spot for all the campers to spot and it's a neat spot to find if you're just going for a drive.
Nice picnic area behind the two food trucks, one for meals, one for ice cream and smoothies. Super friendly staff, very good food made fresh. Dog friendly. We went to a more popular restaurant down the road first, but we came back when they wouldn't let dogs on their outdoor area. So glad we came back. Will return.
Well this little cornucopia of services is one we passed by many times in and out of Presqu'ile Park but not today. Some great food offerings (my Wife loved her ball park hot dog) while I stocked up with ice and some very good kiln-dried firewood--sorry Prov. Park, your's is wet and doesn't burn). We'll likely include this in our bike rides, and thanks to Derek at Park Place for his insight and friendliness.
Great food! Good price! Great selection! Right at the entrance to Presquille Park! They have ice, propane, smoothies, and milkshakes at the other trailer. Don't delay!
