Really friendly, I had to print off an A4 glossy picture. I emailed them my picture and what size I wanted and on what type of paper (300gsm). It was ready to collect in 25 minutes for 1! They're also really good with Coronavirus restrictions, you have to wait outside and pay by card and they hand you the paper so I felt safe. I would come here again and recommend them to everyone.
