ROM shipped us 200 records internationally in little more than the box. They arrived destroyed and ROM hasn’t refunded us. Further, 50 records they sent to fans arrived warped, destroyed, and bent, from inadequate packaging. They’ve offered little more than the phrase “apologies”.
