Just awful, cold and definitely not helpful. It’s Sunday December 27, 2h30 pm. Had to drag my ill brother to get his new prescription filled but only had the prescription on my phone from his doctor. Although the he place was empty, no one at pharmacy, the lady pharmacist their refused to help out. I asked she could print the prescription as that is what she required to avoid having to drag my brother back and forth - she said no! I know it’s not protocol, but really, there was no one there, not busy, and it would have definitely helped an ill man. Gee any Christmas spirit around???

One of the worst drug stores I have ever dealt with. The pharmacy staff is incredibly rude, each and every one of them. I am assuming they hate working there. They ignore line ups that are waiting. They serve customers that they choose, not in the order they are waiting in. Pharmacist is indifferent and quite short with customers. Prescriptions are NEVER ready when they state they will be. Arbitrary times are given when doing things online. I chose this location because it was a small town, therefore less busy than say Shoppers Drugmart, but I was sadly wrong. Lesson learned.
Find the attitudes of staff answering the telephone quite unpleasant - have had several issues over the past few years trying to get prescriptions filled in a timely manner - when picking up prescriptions I find pharmacy staff avoid making eye contact - end up standing and waiting for unreasonable periods of time. Not to mention they don’t offer delivery on weekends which I find inconvenient
Hate this place!!! Staff are rude especially all the ones that work at the pharmacy. They over charged my daughter on her meds and when confronted they all were giving me the cross eye.!! Rude and very unprofessional.!!!!! I’d rather take my business elsewhere.! Better pharmacy’s here in Brighton. Small pharmacy’s but amazing staff!! Don’t recommend this place!!!!!
Went for flu shot and told to come back in the afternoon. If you don’t have the staff to do the procedure then remove info indicating that flu shots are available. Waste of my time. Went down the road and received the shot at No Frills Pharmacy.
