Was looking for an upgrade to my current TV and tried Richer Sounds again after purchasing from there in store previously. I spoke over the phone this time with both Toby and Damian who I believe is a manager. A special mention to Toby however as he couldn't do enough to help. I had a particular requirement for what ideally the TV could do and Toby came up with the perfect option. Having completed some research myself on the TV and was extremely pleased with the suggestion and outcome. The delivery went smoothly, calling me 15 minutes before arrival and set-up took no time at all. Overall a great experience with no hassle. Thank you both but as mentioned before, thanks especially to Toby for the help and advice.
