On trend office and co working space located around a 5 minute walk from Brighton train station. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The space is light and airy. There is a rooftop working space and balcony that’s very nice in summer. On-site is also a cafe (soul deli) which serve nice food but the portion sizes are so small it’s not good value for money. The only negatives I can report about this office is the lifts are unreliable and often are out of order, the night cleaning is normally sloppy and not done very well.

Look elsewhere for office space in brighton, there are any number of other options you can use (check Google reviews). From experience, the staff here are totally unhelpful and seem to enjoy abusing whatever small amount of power they possess. We've had no end of problems since being here.

We have rented office space here for the last year and after just one year we have ended our agreement. The facilities are in poor condition. No day cleaners on site means the toilet and kitchen facilities are often in a disgusting state by midday. Indeed, we have never invited clients to visit the office as we find the state of the office facilities a real embarrassment. The stairs in the main stairwell are in a poor state of repair with rubber treads literally breaking off and the lifts are always broken. Locks are often hanging off toilet doors or missing altogether. and when things break, they often stay that way for many weeks. The co-working booths spaces are always super busy. Be careful of the sales pitch too and check for hidden extras. IP addresses aren't fixed, meaning that even plumbing in a basic WIFI printer is all but impossible without paying additional costs for a static IP. It's a real shame as it's in a great location, but in it's current guise, it's not up to standard.
