Extremely friendly customer service - a rarity in Munich! They fixed my sunglasses quickly and professionally. I would definitely return to them for glasses!
Great glasses. Hightech, thin glasses are very light to wear and fit for life with the least intrusion. The staffs are knowledgeable, amounts of accessories are amazing, and shop has such a comfortable atmosphere. Recommended for new glasses, fixing existing one, and just to drop in too.
My glasses were broken between museum visits. Brillen Schneider repaired them quickly and at a fair price. Their staff was very polite and professional.
The service here was remarkable - my girlfriend and We didn't feel rushed, and the knowledgeable and friendly staff let me try on at least 20 frames and gave great advice on the different models. We also were encouraged to take photos, which was also really considerate. Thank you for a great experience!
