We have been using Brisbane Computer Solutions for almost two years now. They have built two gaming computers for us and most recently we had a top of the line mesh network installed in our house by Norton. Not only did Norton come out to my home for free, walk my house, and explain in great what we needed and why. He also made it clear that if there was any issues the level of support he would give would equal the solution. After the install was done, not even 12 hours later there was a minor issue that was not the fault of anyone. It appears our copper lines have "white noise", so by removing the power line adapters this fixed the minor issue with the speed. Not only is my new mesh network amazing, fast, powerful, awesome app interface, with coverage at my neighbors house 3 houses over, BUT the fact he came back the next day and fixed it within hours of me calling really says all that needs to be said. This is a company that stands by their word, has great engaged employees and an owner that leads by example. There is no need to look any further for your computer and networking solutions if you live in the Brisbane area. Ty again!!

I have a Saitek (Logitech) Flight Simulator Multi-Panel that had been repaired previously by another computer technician, but it never worked properly since. I explained to your technician Yanni Pescar that I tried to repair it myself, (I’m a retired electronics engineer / technician) and there was only two wires broken by me during my attempt. The original problem was a short circuited track on the printed circuit board that I fixed but the components and wires are too small for me to work on these days without a steady hand, good eyesight and a large magnifying glass. Yanni was very interested in the job and was very knowledgeable about the technique needed to do the repair. The panel now operates as intended for a reasonable price that was less than half the price of a new replacement.

Came to Norton and the BCS team with a computer that was built back in 2012 by someone else who clearly didn't have a lot of experience in the field, always ran 'okay'. BCS took it, cleaned up it (physically and digitally) and upgraded the components within - changing it from a lego-mismatch to a crisp, fine-tuned beast of a gaming machine that will stand up there with the higher-end PCs for years to come. Also at Norton's recommendation, we were able to pick out an amazing 2K curved-screen 31.5" monitor that looks absolutely incredible with anything displayed on it. A special thanks to Norton, Yanni and the BCS team for their quick and friendly service, accompanied by their expert knowledge in the field - all done at an amazing price compared to any other computer store I have had contact with. Nothing but 10/10 service with my highest recommendations for anyone to visit for their computer needs. It is clear any work performed by BCS is done with the utmost pride and efficiency.

I am a small business owner who recently moved into the area. I had an issue with my laptap keyboard, and a micro PC, neither of which I was able to deal with. I initially dealt with Yanni, then Leo. There was a hiccup with the laptop part (as occassionally happens) and the whole matter was dealt with professionally. My business relies upon my connectivity and that means I need to reply upon the business that provides me with my computer support. I can not recommend BCS highly enough, and would happily trust them with all my future business, and most certainly recommend them to other small business people, as the focus on customer service and values that they publish on their website, they actually do from the moment you contact them to when they deliver the repaired item.
