Sophie from ADLIB helped me with finding and securing my new role. She contacted me on LinkedIn when I was looking for new opportunities in London. I was suggested to apply to a company that had a role matching my skills and interests. Sophie helped me to prepare for the interviews guiding me through the whole process and made sure I was always updated about every decision the company did. She also cheered me up when I felt like one of the interviews didn't go that well. It's almost two months since I started working for this company and I really enjoy it here. Thanks to Sophie and ADLIB :) It was also pleasurably unexpected to know that ADLIB donated to Forest of Avon trust in my name once I had secured my role. This is something unique and I really appreciate that.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with one of their recruitment consultants. Was more interested in his own personal gain than making sure the role was right for me. Also lied to both me and the company and told them I wanted things I didn’t, tainting there perception of me. 2 stars because they pointed me towards the role, but no more because extremely poor.

She guided me through an online test and 2 interview stages, and was very encouraging throughout the process and made sure I was always kept updated. Within about 2 weeks of our first conversation, I had secured the role. She is great at her job and I highly recommend Ania and the team at ADLIB! They even sent me a congratulations card and donated to Forest of Avon trust in my name once I had secured the role, which was a lovely gesture!
