Andy and his team marketed an A1 commercial unit in Bristol in complex circumstances: ongoing planning for change in use, current tenant trying to sell her business, enabling new buyer to apply for a lease. He negotiated well with the buyer of the business as we had offers from larger national companies as well as local businesses.
