We moved our telephone and broadband to Blackstar recently. The process of switching over was made very simple and easy for us and despite being a smaller client of theirs, the service we receive from the team is impeccable. The support team really went above and beyond to recently rectify an external issue quickly for us to ensure minimal interruption to our business. Blackstar Solutions delivered our new phone system. We migrated away from ageing, deprecated internal phone system to Microsoft Teams with Phone System. The Blackstar team were professional and punctual throughout. Excellent communication from their engineers, who knew exactly the timescales and issues we were facing. Our timescales were extremely tight, and they bent over backwards to get our numbers ported before we moved into our new office. Would definitely recommend!
