BOS Leisure helped us through three designs of our sauna before settling on the right one, and were happy to visit us 3 times before installation to confirm everything was in order. We even got to go and see the owners own sauna to see how it could work for us. Installation was very quick, only two days, and they were happy to incorporate all our little extra requests to deliver the perfect sauna. I would happily recommend BOS leisure to anyone looking for a company who can make sure they get the right solution from beginning to end.
Awful service from this company. Bought a cantilever umbrella that broke within weeks. They demanded i send it back at great cost despite sending photos and NOT leaving out in wind which I've been accused of and so now after spending 370 with them and them agreeing it has snapped off they won't refund. Utterly disgusted by their customer service or lack of.
Excellent. Provided us with all the information we needed while selecting a hot tub, with no pressure to buy. Installation was painless. Purchased and fully installed within 10 days. Also provided with excellent after sales support to keep the water clear and sanitized.
Cant say enough good things about this company, the first contact was very impressive, there guidance was so help full, one thing i have to say at no time did I feel pressured into buy one .Once we had chosen the tub( I went for the Maquis Epic tub with all the toys, if you can stretch your budget it is so worth it especially the sound system) they came round to check the measurements(access and position of tub), to make sure it fitted, on the day of delivery/installation the guys who arrived to were great very helpful and very professional, in fact the whole process went very well, if you are looking at buying a hot tub look no further than BOS leisure of Saltford 10 out of 10 from me
