5/5- Great customer service. I ordered a rifle which, for no fault of Braces, I didn't get on with. After returning it back to the manufacturer there was no clear reason for this. Regardless I was offered a full refund, which I hadn't expected and am very happy with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Braces team

I’ve used this shop regularly for years and they’re brilliant. Stock is beautifully laid out, staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Honestly, fantastic all round. Best gun shop i’ve been to (their range is fun too!!)
