Had a phone assesment today with a woman called Louise who spoke to me like I was a piece of dirt, refused to refer me for any psychiatric help despite my consistent and debilitating issues and has generally left me completely distressed and hopeless. I agree with the below review about a culture of cruelty - I would avoid.

You will be left to die until the very end, and abused every single step of the way. a horrific experience. they go out of their way to deliver cruelty. even when you are not under their team. they revel in their cruelty, and then tell you if you don't like it go elsewhere. even when you aren't receiving any help in the first place. I was discharged and left to rot for a year with no help, I am left with severe mental illness and left to rot and die. It would be kinder just to shoot me than to put through this never-ending hell.
