Every single time I come to this place I get an attitude from the ladies at the front desk. They should all be fired...or at least not be the first/last face you see entering/leaving the building. Super rude. Horrible bedside manner. My Dr. is the only reason I continue to come here. I’d give the receptionist 0 stars if I could. And a 5 star rating to Dr. S. Thx

I started seeing Dr. Kurako on 10/3/18. I'm seeing her for pains in my arm that literally take my breath away. Our visit went well she really made me feel like she cared & could help. I was told to buy an over the counter neck brace (which I'm on husky it's hard enough for me to pay my normal bills let alone treat myself to a neck brace, but I got one anyway) and that I would need a CT Scan. Husky requires prior authorization when it comes to big testings like CT Sans & MRI's so the office was going to work on it and call me. 3 weeks went by my neck got way worse wearing the neck brace at night. I couldn't even raise my left arm above my head at this point. I called to check the status of the CT Scan I was told by a medical assistant that they would call me back they had to check the status. She called me back and basically without saying it the other medical assistant dropped the ball and she needed to restart the entire prior authorization process. I told her how I cannot raise my arm over my head and she stated the DR won't do anything until we get your CT Scan. 3 MORE weeks went by and I call the office for the THIRD time to check the status of my CT Scan and the medical assistant gets on the phone with an attitude telling me the DR doesn't want to do the CT Scan anymore. I stated how I still couldn't raise my arm over my head and how I feel like the office is making me feel like I'm a bother, I was basically brushed off the phone and not reassured that I wasn't a bother. The medical assistant said she'd ask the DR and call me back. So after 2 months of chasing this office down I still do not have any answers.

If it was possible to give this practice 0 stars I would. Not only is the nurse for Zweig and Zweig extremely rude, they do not care about their patients! The office will make appointments for you and then reprimand you if you can’t make the appointment THEY made with only 2 days notice. I called today to reschedule my physical as I found out this morning I have influenza A. After being bounced back and forth for 20 mins, I was told I should’ve waited for my appointment today at 12:15 instead of going to the walk-in yesterday at 5pm when I had 104 fever and could barely stand!!! I was the told that if I did not show up to my appointment WITH THE FLU, I was going to be discharged as their patient.

I have been going to Dr. Zweig for 30 years. I really like him, as he listens to me and is genuinely concerned about my health and decisions I make about my healthcare. He allows me to make dietary changes to lower my cholesterol (and it works) which prevents me from going on statins. He is attentive to my questions and I find him to be up to date on issues that may arise. He is a caring, conscientious doctor, whose specialty is infectious diseases so I get a extra benefit in case I need it!

No bedside manner AT ALL! Treated my 90 year old father like he was a moron.
