Emily Strange

I've been coming here for around 18 months now and have Diane as my dentist. Diane is so amazing at her job and is the best dentist I've ever had! I came to her after a few other dentists failed to diagnose an ongoing problem and she managed to tell me what it was straight away and give me treatment and lots of advice. Diane whitened my teeth shortly afterwards using a private treatment and the results were astonishing! I'm so much more confident now. The other staff at the practice are great too, especially Dianes assistant. I think I'll be coming here for the foreseeable. I actually look forward to the dentist now

A great dentist, always friendly and helpful and running on time. Dianne is a fantastic dentist, she always puts me at ease and really helps me understand what I can do to better improve my long term oral health. Her dental nurse is also brilliant as are the reception staff. Thanks to all at Bupa Whitchurch :)

Visited Whitchurch Bupa this morning by two lovely helpful receptionist than a friendly dental nurse followed by a lovely dentist Rachel not my favourite place to visit anytime but made it as pleasurable as a trip to the dentist can be .I definitely would recommend

I turned up for 10.30 appointment on Monday 19th November, and stood waiting for either of the two receptionists to acknowledge me and book me in, they were both talking socially to a patient who was leaving and totally ignored me, I waited a few minutes and still being totally ignored, sat down as I have a severe back problem, hoping they would speak to me but after 10 minutes, still ignored me. I thought that manners were important but obviously I must be mistaken, pretty disgusting I think. Glad that the dentist and nurse have good manners and friendly. I guess some of your staff need training in manners and basic courtesy. Yours, Geoff Jones.

Was not very helpful in taking away my pain took payment before i got there booked an emergency appointment and then was rushed through with no relief from my pain would not recomend to my worst enemy had to ring 111 to get a proper dentist to sort it put im now pain free thanks to Charlotte hill dentist
