I use this cash for clothes and have done for a long while now until todays visit I took a lot down there so maybe she just couldn't be bothered she tried to tell me that the clothes I had were not good enough quality and she was not going to continue because of this, now she had checked half of it before saying this and the ratio to accepted clothes and rejected clothes was 85%-15% so I would of said if it was that bad a quality why did she accept so much, its really due to the fact that she just couldn't be bothered anymore so was just dam right rude, there has been quite a number of employees passed through this place so far since it opened so I might try in a few months time but I certainly wont be visiting if its the same lady as today. rude and lazy....

I've used this place a couple of times now. On my last recent visit I was greeted by 2 lovely and super friendly ladies - Pauline & Tina. Their was an lorry blocking the entrance to the warehouse so had park my car away from the premises. I struggled with my full bags and clothes. Both ladies offered to assist with fetching the other bags which was a really nice touch. As mention before both ladies were friendly and had good banter and full if christmas cheer. I would defaintly recommended thus place. Merry Christmas Girl's, no doubt I will see you again in the new year!
