Parcels come from around the world to this depot and get distributed to the courier allocated. That's fine until it goes wrong. Whats appaulling is the complete lack of customer service or governance. There is no help line, no reply to any emails and eventually after two days of trying a manager spoke to me and promised to get back within the hour. Needless to say he did not. Someone in the ;Basildon depot' told me they were very understaffed. Useless service, the item was very important. I had to place another order. There is no compensation I could begin to try and work out from the Schenker website.
