Poor customer service in the extreme. Test drove & agreed the purchase deal on a car then told that as someone else was interested they had first refusal! (Probably as there more money to be made from a finance sale). Advised Dealer that we'd rather not deal with a company like theirs when they offered the car again the following day. The sale with the other poor lady also fell through after 2 salesmen chased her down in the car park trying to persuade her to buy. Avoid at all costs.

PART ORDER ISSUE. Not impressed, ordered a 2 part on 27/11/2020 told 7 to 10 days for delivery from Germany (NOT a special part, just a plastic clip) .... 14/01/2021 it turned up ... ORDERED AND EXPECTED BEFORE XMAS, BEFORE BREXIT, BEFORE DOVER ISSUE, BEFORE UK COVID LOCKDOWN. Numerous phone calls made to get progress and fobbed off with \we'll get progress and get back to you\ or \we'll send an email to chase\, no return progress calls from garage. OVER 40 DAYS TO GET A PENCE PLASTIC PART, POOR SERVICE AND WOULD NOT USE AGAIN!
Nice and friendly staff. Nice touch by Dan to send videos of the vehicle before hand, and a follow up call to see how we were getting on. The one negative is the trying to sell the add ons like diamond rite and gap. I could see how these products are pushed onto people who don't shop around
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! LIAR'S AND THIEVES! Still after no contact from Vauxhall my banks Fraud and scam team have been involved. Friendly and helpful staff. The chap who served me was very knowledge about the vehicle in question and got all my quires answered. The whole process of buying a new van was made very easy by him. That was written just after i made my purchase... Oh my how different i feel now!! What an absolute disgrace! I've been lied too miss sold too and had my time and money wasted. lost out on weekend work and now lost a customer that didn't want to wait the now 5 week delay and counting. My collection date got moved 3 times in the space of 8 days. and only to find out the vehicle was not suitable for the requirements i went in with. Contacted there complaints department (Customer Care Team) what a joke. cant be bothered to get in contact, every time i called to try and speak to the person dealing with my case, all i got was they are busy and call you back or they are not available.. Get home today to find a blank letter from them. With a cheque inside that is NOT my full deposit so they have now STOLEN from me. Now 6 weeks without a van. Vauxhall should be ashamed of themselves.
