I would highly recommend Edwin Lake Ltd for all your surveying and valuation needs. All communication was quick, clear and very helpful. We have had to have a valuation of our house for Help to buy twice (due to the amount of time our house was on the market) and the team made this so easy, they were able to make appointments with us quickly and really listened to what was going on with regards to the sale of our home.
