Useless GP. Had to call 111 due to back pain that meant I literally couldn't move and was told by 111 that I had to get my GP to write a strong painkiller at the very least. I called them up, told them this and they refused to see me. So my partner had to get me the strongest painkiller at the pharmacist but unfortunately all they could give me was codeine which I am allergic to. So even if you can't move they don't care at all. Mind I was also waiting for blood test results, they never came and I just gave up. Don't waste your time.

Emersons Green Treatment centre is a fantastic place, Everyone is so friendly, & it is what I would regard as a well oiled machine. How anyone can describe the reception staff in the manner in which they have, I do not know? I've always found them polite & helpful

I have been attending this medical center and for more than two years; honestly I think they are excellent and hard working. I feel myself always served to the best of my wishes. My opinion covers all of the staff (receptionists, nurses, and the medical team); well done many thanks

If I could give this medical centre 0 star I would. After trying to get through on the phone for several days in between working. My son eventually got through. Asked if he could make an appointment , as he said it wasn’t an emergency , so was willing to book an appointment any time within the next 2 weeks, as late as possible. The receptionist said she had nothing. My son said I find that unbelievable you have nothing for 2weeks. She said ARE YOU CALLING ME A LIAR !! He had to put the phone down. He then rang alma rd surgery to register with them, and he has an appointment in 2 days .

After 48 times of trying to get through, I had a 10 minute wait to speak with someone. I must say, when I did get through, Jane on reception was amazing and dealt efficiently with all my queries.Well done to her. What a credit to the team!The phone line is rubbish and not fit for purpose though.Poor form!
