From Glanville’s welcome into the shop to Louie showing me how to light the the installed stove was less than a week. No fuss, no drama, just a friendly efficient service that has given us the perfect stove and granite hearth for our fireplace - they even deliver the logs! I have always wanted a woodburner & on my first meeting with Glanville I knew this was the place to get everything done. I was worried I wouldn't be able to light my fire but Glanville came & showed me everything I needed to know and ressured me he is on the end of the phone.
