Had previous deliveries from Ford Fuels with no problems but this time they failed to deliver. After speaking to two of their customer service staff, one lied and the other really couldn't care when the delivery would happen. So by all means use them but be aware that if things go wrong, it really doesn't matter to them.

A disappointing service on the two occasions I have dealt with ford fuels for heating oil. From not processing an urgent order, not giving the padlock code to the driver, driver failing to call me when he could not access the tank and then eventually delivering to the neighbour's tank (despite tank being labelled)!
What a great company to deal with from ordering to delivery , both guys were great very polite and helpful great service and very fast delivery time , well done and thank you. Paul from Castacrete LTD
