I have encountered racist people in this building. I'm a healthcare worker & while trying to work I was told that I didn't belong in the building, my hair is too long & I might be carrying the virus. Very rude & disrespectful as well.

Excellent facility! Clean, extremely well maintained, well managed. My mother was at Grundy Towers in Bristol for many years and our family has nothing but positive things to say about the staff and the residence there. Thank you all for making it such a positive experience! Would highly recommend this facility!
