Very easy not and full service competed, done within 3 hours of dropping my car off. Very clear on work that needed doing for very reasonable prices. They completed the work for me that day, will definitely be going back here. Thanks again Halfords team. All covid measures that you would expect is in place.

Booked a time slot to have a tyre changed. Picked the tyre and paid on line the day before. Good price and nice chap on reception but took over an hour to get it done then was blocked in the car park for another 10 minutes.

AVOID - 'mechanic' never bothered to do the MOT as he couldn't get into the boot (If you press the internal central locking button it opens the door and boot). I felt necessary to give a very easy demonstration of this as clearly they have never been to college to learn this very useful feature.....no phone calls and no apology. I don't think they even care. just want you gone. very slap dash attitude, no wonder they have so many bad reviews, sack the lot of them
