Was claiming for accommodation in Sicily which was cancelled cos EasyJet cancelled the flight. It took 6 months to have the claim settled. They kept asking for the same info repeatedly. At one stage they asked why the bank statement had Amsterdam on it when the claim was for Sicily. I had to explain to them that as Booking.com are a Dutch company this was where the payment was cleared and had nothing to do with the location of the accommodation. Incompetent or delaying tactics? This was a very small claim 500 ish. The big worry is how would they react to a medical emergency. Would never ever use them again

Entered a claim online on Saturday for a Covid-cancelled Eurotunnel crossing. They've paid up (minus the excess) on Monday. So I can't complain!

Avoid at all cost. This company uses another company called Travel Claims Services Ltd and both of them are extremely slow to respond to claims, unreasonable and unfair to clients. Have used COVID 19 as an excuse to breach their contract policy. Will be presenting a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman.

Don’t buy their travel insurance it’s a complete waste of money. Never paid for my holiday rental during covid-19. Lost all the money. They asked for information Hilton provided it. They ignored it and just caused hoop and jumps to avoid paying. Never ever be tempted to go with this company you don’t need to go through getting blood from a stone when you need it. Cancel car and home insurance as a result. They can’t be trusted.
