Drive pass all the time and never seen it without a queue. Finally had the chance to try their Thai Milk Tea and Panna Cotta. They were amazing if you love these kind of drinks. If this is your first time maybe try something more fruity. I love how they crew the tea as order and it really taste different even with the sugar and milk. Waiting time was about 8 mins which is not bad considering tea takes time to brew. Try it and you wine regret it

For me this place has become a regular. Once every week or two i have to come! I love the range and authentic taste of these teas. The staff are so friendly. My favourite: peach tea and Butterfly. The slushies are nothing to rave about.

Loved the bubble tea. The tapioca balls were softer and nicer then I'm used to and they use black sugar here instead of the brown sugar that most other places use.
