Julie was very helpful and friendly. I needed a signet ring resized, but my finger swells and contracts a lot, so I then needed another half size reduction, which she did at no extra cost. Very happy to recommend her. Plus lovely dog.

Julie made a huge effort in helping with our unusual request of an engraved compass for our son's 18th birthday. It it a marvellous piece with a beautiful engraving of the view from his bedroom as well as from the camp in India where he spent his sixth form trip. A massive and intricately made gift with superb help and advice. Thank you so much.
I decided to go with a custom design for an engagement ring. I don't know much about jewellery but Julie was really great at listening to my ideas and helping translate them into what became the final design. She even created a mockup in order to ensure that I would be happy with design before she started to make the finished ring. Julie gave me thorough explanations around diamond clarity and colour as well as information about the build and hallmarking processes so that I was clear about what I was buying, what was involved in producing the ring and when I could expect to receive it. She also provided prompt replies to any queries I had throughout the process. The final ring looks great and I'm sure my girlfriend will love it.
Julie has worked on many pieces for me over the years, including a commission for a very high value item, various repairs on items of sentimental value and also some smaller pieces. Her work is wonderful and her prices are extremely reasonable. Julie is also completely trustworthy and very reliable - this is particularly important when entrusting someone with much-loved pieces of jewellery! She is both highly creative and a lovely person to work with - I cannot recommend Julie highly enough.
